Mr. Ogundana obtained his first degree, a Bachelor of Arts in History, from the University of Ibadan, and later earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Manchester and is a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Since being called to the Bar, he has been involved in active legal practice. His areas of specialization include Energy Law, Public-Private Partnerships, Infrastructure, Project Finance, and Employment Law.
Mr. Ogundana has provided legal, regulatory, and advisory services within the Oil and Gas industry and the broader Energy Sector. He has also played a key role in advising and facilitating relationships between government bodies and both foreign and local multinationals.
